A vibrant and expressive natural-process coffee from Bona Zuria, in Ethiopia’s Sidama region, an area renowned for producing distinctive, fruit-forward coffees. With rich, wine-like sweetness reminiscent of mulled wine, balanced by the bright, citrusy character of grapefruit and smooth walnut.
This coffee is produced from carefully selected, ripe coffee cherries that are dried whole, allowing the fruit to impart additional sweetness and complexity to the beans. The result is a lively yet elegant cup with a combination of fruity acidity, deep sweetness and delicate nutty richness.
We recommend enjoying this coffee black and brewed as a filter coffee. Without milk, the mulled wine sweetness, grapefruit acidity and walnut finish can shine through clearly, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy a clean, complex and expressive cup.
