Grown on the Gallardo family farms, this bean comes from a generation of speciality coffee producers, who have been in operation since the 1960’s. Candela Estate is located in Santa Clara across over 100 hectares of the Gallardo farmland.

With tasting notes of toffee, macadamia and green apple this coffee makes a beautiful medium strength espresso.
