This exquisite coffee has been sourced from Saint Claire Estate, nestled within the coffee-growing region of Sierras Altas, Santa Clara in Panama. This region sees coffee grown at altitudes ranging from 1,400 to 1,700 meters above sea level, and the beans from this area benefit from the perfect combination of elevation and climate, resulting in a truly exceptional cup.
The green coffee beans undergo a washed process and are then aged for approximately 60 days. This aging period adds a depth and complexity to the coffee's flavour profile, making it stand out among its peers.
After the initial processing, the beans are dried on traditional patio surfaces. To further enhance the quality and flavour, they are elevated on African beds during the drying process. Finally, the beans are finished using drum driers, ensuring that each bean retains its full potential.
With tasting notes of black tea, red apple & date, this single origin is a versatile coffee which makes for a unique and balanced espresso that can be enjoyed both with and without milk.
