Colombia Bruselas

This coffee comes from Bruselas which is a micro region within Huila in the south west of Colombia. This region has ten thousand hectares which have been cultivated for growing coffee, and is one of the biggest producers of coffee in Colombia.

This mountainous region creates the ideal climate for growing coffee and the resulting coffee cherries are hand picked all year round. More than 4,500 local families depend on coffee production for their livelihood, and each of these families farm on average 1.5 hectares of land each.

This coffee is sweet, with a rich and nutty finish. Featuring tasting notes of almond, toffee apple, & dark chocolate this versatile coffee makes for a delicious espresso to pair with milk.
