This spiced, buttery coffee is sourced from the Kerala region in India.

Uniquely, this single origin has undergone the Monsooned process - the harvested beans are left exposed to monsoon conditions (wind, rain, and salt from the sea air moisture) for a period of 3 to 4 months. These conditions cause the beans to swell, losing the original acidity, resulting in a practically neutral pH balance. This process originates from the long haul export of the first coffees from India to Europe and is exclusive to the Malabar coast of India.

With tasting notes of rosemary, smoked almond, and white pepper; this one is for those who want to try something different. Unique processing technique, unique tasting coffee!

Our standard shipping policy applies with free shipping for orders over $35, and a low $5 delivery fee on orders under $35.

For those outside the Perth Metro area orders are sent via Australia Post (Standard Parcel Delivery) with service timeframes between 2-5 business days. If you require your order sent Australia Post Express we can offer an upgrade for $5 per delivery, please contact us via chat or reply to your emails and we can enable this for you.
