This rich and delectable coffee is sourced from Dalat in Vietnam and has a subtle, spiced flavour with a velvety mouthfeel.
The region of Dalat is located in the central highlands of Vietnam. It is known to be one of the finest growing regions for coffee due to its high elevation of over 1100 MASL (meters above sea level).
A higher elevation corresponds with lower temperatures, which are both factors that are very impactful when growing coffee crops. The cooler temperature slows the growth rate of the coffee tree, meaning that the coffee cherries and the associated flavours develop slowly which creates more complex and developed cup.
With tasting notes of caramel, bay leaves and smoked almonds this unique single origin coffee pairs well with both plant based and dairy milk.
